The Condition Management Company

The Condition Management Company is a private mental health clinic providing evidence-based psychotherapy for anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression, complex trauma, and work-related stress, among other problems. We offer face-to-face, personalised treatment to each individual, using approaches including CBT, EMDR, and trauma-focused therapy, with short waiting times from our clinics in Derby and Nottingham. Alongside individual therapy, we work with employers providing specialist psychotherapy following traumatic workplace events and psychological injury, supporting effective absence management and return to work. Specialist mental health training and consultancy for organisations is also available.
